Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new tools and processes
Familiarity with reading blueprints, technical schematics, and assembly instructions
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality
Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, and working overhead
Basic computer literacy, especially with Microsoft 365; ability to learn company systems
Effective communication skills and a team-first mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience with warehouse tools and equipment (e.g., rigging, forklifts, cranes) is a plus

Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical components and systems according to engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Perform calibration, diagnostics, and pressure/leak testing of finished products.
Inspect materials and completed parts to ensure quality and proper quantities.
Manage inventory of tools and components used in assembly processes.
Troubleshoot and repair customer-returned items with functional or cosmetic issues.
Maintain documentation of repairs, calibrations, and production status in real time.
Operate and learn equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and other warehouse tools.
Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety programs.
Keep work areas clean and organized to promote efficiency and safety.
Contribute positively to team goals and overall business success.
