Requirements

2-3 years of previous logistics experience preferred.
Experience with computerized inventory systems.
Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred.
Ability to lift and handle supplies and equipment ranging from 50 - 75 lbs.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a desire to improve processes.
Flexibility to work various hours as required.
Valid driver’s license with a history of safe driving.
Ability to obtain an OSHA forklift operator certification.
Telecommunications or related industry experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Complete necessary paperwork for ordering, shipping, receipt, and issuing of all materials, including tools and supplies.
Verify deliveries received against documentation and handle discrepancies.
Operate forklifts or hand trucks to move shipments safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe environment in the distribution center.
Ensure inventory accuracy and assist in maintaining sufficient inventory levels.
Create and provide reports as required.
Handle RMA creation and shipping, as well as maintaining related records.
Assist other departments with inventory management and equipment delivery.
Fulfill self-install service orders and trouble tickets.
Additionally, the Warehouse Technician may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager to ensure the effective operation of the department and the Company.
