Requirements

  • 2-3 years of previous logistics experience preferred.
  • Experience with computerized inventory systems.
  • Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred.
  • Ability to lift and handle supplies and equipment ranging from 50 - 75 lbs.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a desire to improve processes.
  • Flexibility to work various hours as required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a history of safe driving.
  • Ability to obtain an OSHA forklift operator certification.
  • Telecommunications or related industry experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Complete necessary paperwork for ordering, shipping, receipt, and issuing of all materials, including tools and supplies.
  • Verify deliveries received against documentation and handle discrepancies.
  • Operate forklifts or hand trucks to move shipments safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the distribution center.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and assist in maintaining sufficient inventory levels.
  • Create and provide reports as required.
  • Handle RMA creation and shipping, as well as maintaining related records.
  • Assist other departments with inventory management and equipment delivery.
  • Fulfill self-install service orders and trouble tickets.
  • Additionally, the Warehouse Technician may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager to ensure the effective operation of the department and the Company.
