Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Familiarity with computers (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel preferred).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• At Encore, a "can-do" attitude is non-negotiable

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of hand tools (a plus but not required).

Responsibilities

• Unload and inspect deliveries using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Verify incoming products against packing lists and report discrepancies.
• Organize and stage orders for multiple job sites.
• Manage inventory using software tools and assist with general office maintenance.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups efficiently across the region.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles as needed to ensure safety and reliability.
• Support other warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned.
