About The Position

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc., a global leader in chemical solutions for the semiconductor industry, is seeking a Warehouse Technician for their Mesa, Arizona facility. This role is critical to FUJIFILM's chemical plant operations, focusing on the shipping and receiving of hazardous chemicals. The technician must adhere to all Quality and ISO 45001 standards, as well as D.O.T and CFR 49 requirements. FUJIFILM Electronic Materials supplies advanced materials and formulations to top-tier semiconductor manufacturers, enabling the production of microchips that power Artificial Intelligence, computers, electric vehicles, and smartphones.

Requirements

  • High school degree or GED required
  • 1 to 2 years of previous experience in Warehouse Dock Operations/Shipping required.
  • Must have a valid Arizona drivers’ license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift/push up to 101 pounds
  • Ability to work additional hours above scheduled shift and some weekends will be required
  • Forklift experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization
  • Successfully pass a post-offer drug screening and is subject to random testing per company policy.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Nice To Haves

  • 3 to 5 years of experience preferred
  • Stand up lift forklift experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Warehouse Technician with the primary purpose of Forklift Operator.
  • Select finished product from warehouse storage bins and place in staging areas to be loaded on a future date.
  • Load finished product on trucks for delivery; unload product delivered to Mesa.
  • Place product that has been delivered or manufactured in appropriate storage bins for availability upon request.
  • Operate Forklift, Yard Tractor and trailer.
  • Operate forklift and pallet jack for loading and unloading trailers, either individually or with assistance, must be able to lift or move up to 101 lbs.
  • Ensure that all shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, shipping orders or freight bills, etc.) required to move shipments is available for inspection and that appropriate paperwork accompanies shipment when delivered.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all ISO standards and Operating Procedures to include Environmental Policies and Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations.
  • Transfer product as requested to individual departments.
  • Perform 5S housekeeping as required by SOP.
