Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with inventory software and warehouse management systems.
• Valid forklift certification is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
• Clean driving record is a must.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse to ensure easy access and efficiency.
• Prepare orders for shipping, ensuring all items are correctly packed and labeled.
• Assist in the inventory management process, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Support other warehouse functions as needed to meet operational goals.
