About The Position

Certify conformance to contract agreements; procurement, invoicing, inventory and quality control Use of Microsoft office suite, SAP, VISTA, Oracle, and Inventory control system, Intellitrack, FAA Web Communicate effectively with FAA site personnel, FAA Item Managers, Field Engineers, Project Managers, coordinators, and vendors concerning parts, vouchers, shipments, audits and any other support they may require. Prepare and process FAA Orders (CDLS Vouchers / IDIQ BOM's / 4650-12's / Material Requisition's / Bill of Ladings) in accordance with indicated priorities as required by the FAA. Pull, pack and ship parts. Load and Unload Trucks Weigh and stage new equipment per IDIQ BOM, tag with site / order specs, serial number and freight required labels. Schedule special and same day shipments and pickups. Maintain inventory per min. / max. requirements, barcode parts, units, and locations. Process purchase requests and calculate cost / selling price. Provide afterhours support to provide 24/7 on call support on a rotating basis. Receive and process Return Material Authorization items. Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Requires a High School diploma from an accredited Institution
  • Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience preferably in all of the following - Inventory Management, Receiving, Order Picking, Packaging, Shipping and generating Purchase Requisitions
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, operate a forklift and order picker and pass Hazmat training class
  • NC Driver's License in good standing is required for candidate to pick up parts at other facilities and/or distributors
  • Candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of Raleigh NC to be considered

  • Strong communications skills - writing, speaking and in training presentations
  • Forklift Certification
  • Verbal and written communications skills to correspond with customers and vendors via e-mail and telephone
