About The Position

The Warehouse Technician (IT Products) is responsible for supporting warehouse operations with a focus on handling, tracking, and managing IT hardware and related equipment. This role includes shipping and receiving, inventory control, and proper storage of sensitive technology products such as laptops, desktops, servers, and networking equipment. The ideal candidate has experience working with IT assets, understands proper handling procedures, and is comfortable working in both warehouse and technical environments. #LAT

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming IT equipment (laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices) against purchase orders
Accurately pick, pack, and ship IT products while ensuring proper packaging and protection of sensitive equipment
Maintain detailed and accurate inventory records, including serial numbers, asset tags, and system specifications
Track and manage inventory levels of IT hardware and accessories
Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies, including missing or damaged equipment
Stage and organize IT equipment for deployment, configuration, or shipment
Use warehouse management systems (WMS), asset tracking tools, or ERP systems to update inventory data
Assist with basic IT-related tasks such as labeling, asset tagging, and equipment staging
Follow proper electrostatic discharge (ESD) and handling procedures for sensitive electronics
Ensure compliance with company policies related to asset security and data protection
