About The Position

McKee Foods is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join our Shipping Department team. Work and interact as part of a 2-person team to meet team performance goals Use computers in a windows and non-windows environment Pick cases and load onto conveyor to fill distributor’s orders Maintain high level of accuracy in filling orders Stack cases in trailer as needed Maintain high level of quality when stacking Maintain accurate information in WMS Communicate effectively with others Cross-training in other areas Clean and perform all other shipping/receiving duties as needed

Requirements

• Overall good work record (which includes attendance, safety, job performance, flexibility, and team behaviors)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a cohesive team environment
• Ability to work with computers (data entry)
• Basic math skills
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting
• Demonstrated ability to promote continuous process improvement and LEAN principles
• Capable of reaching work goals with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with WMS
• Previous shipping and lift truck experience
