About The Position

Reporting to the Receiving & Processing Manager and Receiving & Processing Assistant Manager, the Warehouse Team Member helps fulfill our mission and vision by providing outstanding customer service to our customers, donors, volunteers, and all staff members. Our Warehouse Team Member is someone who loves people and is a highly motivated self-starter comfortable being part of a team. The ideal candidate can multi-task and prioritize projects while providing excellent service to our customers.

Requirements

Work well with a diverse group of staff, customers, and volunteers
Self-starter and solution-focused
Work efficiently in a team and individually
Ability to use a pallet jack and forklift
Provide instruction and leadership to volunteers
Communicate with donors, volunteers, and team members
Ability to bend and lift merchandise from carts and gaylords
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more with assistance

Greet donors and volunteers with a smile, kind words, and a friendly environment
Ensure the donation and warehouse area is clean and safe.
Assist volunteers and team members with questions and help with needs.
