About The Position

Summit Racing Equipment – the go-to parts source for thousands of gearheads around the globe. We got here by putting the customer first: save them money on the parts they want, deliver those parts quickly, and back them with the best customer service in the industry. Warehouse Team Lead Schedule: Mon–Fri | 12:00pm–8:30pm Starting Pay: $25/hour (final pay based on experience) We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can guide, support, and coordinate the team while also stepping in to complete daily workload alongside them. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and keeps the customer experience front and center.

Requirements

Ability to work at a steady pace, lift up to 70 lbs., and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

Experience in distribution, warehouse operations, or leading teams is a strong plus.
Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily workload and staffing to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe operations.
Roll up your sleeves and process orders to meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards.
Support leadership by helping train employees, assign work, address issues, and reinforce company behaviors, practice, and policies.
Identify operational challenges and communicate solutions that improve safety, efficiency, service, and teamwork.
Maintain accurate production and attendance information.
Promote a safe work environment through routine coaching and reporting concerns.
Operate equipment safely and assist other departments as needed.
Recommend improvements to procedures, processes, and cost-saving opportunities.
