About The Position

T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Their mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. The company operates a fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, capable of manufacturing over 20,000 modules every 24 hours. This role is for a Warehouse Supervisor who will be integral to managing the warehouse operations, ensuring efficient product delivery, maintaining safety standards, overseeing inventory, and leading a team to achieve operational targets. The position also involves developing management systems, controlling costs, and participating in an international training program.

Requirements

  • 3 years of warehouse, inventory control, materials management, or related experience.
  • Proficient in all Warehouse Technician skills.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse inventory control systems and purchase orders.
  • Ability to problem solve and do reconciliations and root cause analysis.
  • Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

  • Reasonably arrange the product delivery according to sales orders and ensure timely and accurate accounting.
  • Monitor central warehouse documents approval and manage the warehouse fire safety.
  • Ensure the storage environment of the material and product warehouses, prevent that the materials of the inventory products or materials from being damaged.
  • Be responsible for the accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials and products in the external warehouse, reasonably arrange logistics operation.
  • Develop the work plan, lead and supervise employees to complete target task.
  • Be responsible for organizing warehouse inventory work, ensure consistency between cards, accounts, and physical items, and supervise the timely handling of obsolete and defective products.
  • Develop and implement management systems and methods for material and product warehouses.
  • Be responsible for warehouse cost control analysis, budgeting, and overall personnel arrangement and performance evaluation.
  • Joining a training program in Southeast Asia and China is mandatory.
