About The Position
Temp To Full-Time Warehouse Superviso r – 3rd Party Distribution Center Supervise daily warehouse operations in College Park (receiving, shipping, inventory) Lead and support warehouse associates Ensure customer orders are accurate and shipped on time Assign work and adjust labor based on daily volume Enforce safety policies and warehouse procedures Train new hires and coach employees on performance Monitor attendance, productivity, and quality Communicate issues and updates to management
Requirements
- 2 years Supervisory or lead in warehouse distribution experience Required
- 5 years Minimum warehouse
- Basic computer
- Communication skills a must
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience a plus
