About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, logistics functions, and personnel to ensure efficient and compliant execution of daily activities. This position provides leadership, direction, and technical oversight to warehouse staff, ensuring proper handling, storage, and transportation of materials in accordance with federal regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in facilities or logistics support services, including at least one (1) contract of comparable complexity.
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
  • Active Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification
  • Active OSHA certification
  • Active Forklift certification
  • Proven leadership experience managing warehouse operations and personnel.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills with the ability to solve problems independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee and direct warehouse personnel in the receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution of materials and equipment.
  • Allocate resources, assign tasks, and ensure all logistical services are performed to standard.
  • Act as the Contractor's on-site representative with full authority to sign inspection reports, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Monitor workflow to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and safety compliance of all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
  • Lead and participate in the setup and breakdown of logistics operations, events, or project-related movements.
  • Analyze customer and project requirements to develop efficient logistical and technical solutions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records through established tracking systems.
  • Drive government-provided vehicles as required for deliveries, transfers, or material transport.
  • Provide superior customer service by responding promptly and effectively to service requests.
  • Enforce compliance with OSHA, MHE, and Forklift safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
