Assigned to support the 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB), the Warehouse Supervisor (WH Sup) is responsible for the oversight and coordination of all operations and assigned employees. Responsible for daily operations of the Supply Support Activities (SSA) Warehouse to include performing technical supply management duties (e.g., Inventories, Stock control), storage, receiving, Issue, and Turn-in,) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Direct responsibilities include overseeing all personnel assigned to the SSA and ensuring they comply with health, safety, and standard operating procedures. The WH Sup will be the primary point of contact for all USG and Vectrus stakeholders. Overall responsibility includes ensuring warehouse operations are efficiently performing and all objectives, milestones, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are achieved.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
  • GCSS-Army certified (Plant 2001 - SSA), must be able to obtain within three months of employment.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Must have a valid REAL ID State Driver’s License with no restrictions.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a NACI Tier 1 Public Trust.
  • Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, such as a birth certificate or a U.S. Passport.
  • Must be able to maintain driving privileges aboard the Fort Bragg Installation.
  • 5 years of SSA experience in leadership role
  • Must have experience and moderate knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions in supply procedure.
  • Ability to oversee the day-to-day logistics, maintenance and transportation activities of a division or brigade sized operation.
  • Above average knowledge of the logistic information polices, process and system that pertain to Maintenance, Supply and Services, and Transportation Services.
  • Knowledge and experience with Logistic Information System, such as Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Logistic Information Warehouse (LIW), and Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS)/FEDLOG
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of SSA at the tactical and installation level, as well as Army governing regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Knowledge of the applicable GCSS-Army and regulatory supply systems.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with subordinates, peers, and senior personnel.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and in a team-based, highly collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and SharePoint are required.
  • Ability to prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and interact at all levels.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, perform with a high degree of accuracy and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess high ethical standards and demonstrate professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Works with a framework of established supply regulations, policies, and procedures and in the resolution of issues encountered in the process.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
  • Ensures all required reports are completed and submitted on time; includes all reports listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)/Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), PERSTAT, any others as directed by the USG via Vectrus.
  • Ensure all assigned personnel complete required training and time sheets are inputted daily and approved every week.
  • Required to comprehend complicated logistical issues in the supply pipeline and explore for correctness.
  • Support and mentor employees in all essential warehouse functions and work to improve them.
  • Routinely troubleshoot issues and work with employees to resolve them.
  • Conducts periodic reviews of all Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-A) transactions and effectively monitors progress and activities to ensure the accuracy of inventory and issue, receiving, storing and turn ins.
  • Interprets, understands, and accounts for daily, weekly, monthly reports within responsible areas.
  • Effectively communicates with and able to motivate employees to drive productivity and achieve goals.
  • Assist with evaluating work section capacity and manpower planning.
  • Ensures compliance with all properly authenticated directives within established guidelines.
  • Promotes a safe work environment as well as meets safety requirements complying with all policies or regulations set forth by CTDI, OSHA, and various government agencies.
