About The Position

Swire Coca-Cola is one of the largest bottlers and distributors of iconic beverage brands, a family-owned company with a story spanning over two centuries. They are one of the largest bottlers of Coca-Cola in North America, distributing more than 50 beverage brands and flavors to over 30 million consumers across 13 states with more than 8,000 employees. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising the warehousing and shipping of incoming and outgoing materials and managing warehouse personnel.

Requirements

High School Diploma (or GED) required
2-4 years warehouse/inventory experience required
2-4 years supervising warehouse/inventory staff required
Experience managing budget required
Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs
Proficient with SAP or similar MRP programs
Able to lead front-line employees effectively - may be in a unionized environment
Attention to detail
Team oriented
Can-do Will do Attitude
Able to handle conflict
Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack required
Ability lift product (up to 50lb) frequently and repetitively required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse ensuring the following of safety operating procedures
Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility
Allocate necessary space for stock rotation
Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control
Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable
Secure company assets
Manage within labor and OPEX budget
Performs other duties as assigned.
