The individuals selected for this position are responsible for monitor and supervise a team’s efficiency and ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 1. Knows and actively demonstrates daily our Company Mission Statement and our Core Values 2. Monitor employee productivity and performance expectations 3. Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments 4. Ability to learn and perform subordinates job descriptions included but not limited to warehouse associates, driver, and cleaning crew 5. Maintain and teach organization skills 6. Responsible for inventory integrity 7. Responsible for vehicle maintenance. 8. Responsible for on-time customer order delivery 9. Ensure product replenishment for daily volume needs 10. Partner with upper management for employee coaching and training 11. Create a weekly or by-weekly schedule for employees. 12. Monitor and supervise employee's attendance and punctuality 13. Efficiently carrying out all the directives given by Management Team. 14. Availability to travel to local and state facilities as required. 15. Ensures a clean workplace 16. Working in accordance with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA 17. Possess time management skills and be able to prioritizes tasks and meet the demands of the day 18.
