About The Position

Our state-of-the-art automotive disassembly plant in Camden, New Jersey has the capacity to dismantle 7000+ vehicles each month. We are one of the country’s largest automobile recyclers and your go-to source for used auto parts online – any year, any make, and any model. We have thousands of car parts listed on our online store ready to be shipped nationwide. We take pride in being involved in every step of the process and being able to ship used auto parts to our customer’s doors nationwide. My Auto Store is currently looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who enjoys working alongside their team while helping keep operations organized, efficient, and safe. This role is ideal for someone who has strong warehouse experience and is ready to step into a leadership position, or someone who already has leadership or supervisory experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will help coordinate daily warehouse activities, support your team on the floor, and ensure orders move through the warehouse accurately and on time. This role will be worked in West Deptford, NJ and pays $27 - 30/hr.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Comfortable using warehouse systems or inventory software
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous warehouse experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Lead, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred (but not required)
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus
  • Prior team lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Coordinate daily workflow and assign tasks to warehouse staff to keep operations running smoothly
  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time
  • Monitor team productivity, quality, and accuracy throughout the shift
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
  • Work closely with transportation, customer service, and management teams to support operations
  • Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related tools to track inventory and workflow
  • Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Step in and assist with warehouse tasks when needed to keep the operation moving
