Technica is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for support at DLA Red River Army Depot This job is contingent awaiting contract award. Expected start of work in Spring 2026. Job Summary: Performs a variety of warehousing duties requiring an understanding of the establishments storage plan. Work involves most of the following: Verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages; routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods; rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials; examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage; removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment. May operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties. Oversees the storage and distribution operations. Directs employees engaged in Warehousing Operations using automated and manual material moving equipment, devices, and systems. Plans the use of subordinate workers, equipment, facilities, and materials based on workload projections on weekly or monthly basis. Establishes deadlines, priorities, and work sequences IAW general work schedules, methods, and policies established by the Project Supervisor. Redirects workers and resources to accomplish unanticipated work and to accommodate daily workload fluctuations. Conducts planning of current and future work schedules, providing workload data, estimates, information on staffing needs, and recommendations as to the scheduling of projected work. Ensures work is done properly and efficiently IAW the terms and conditions of the contract. Manages employees including scheduling, approving time off and reviewing weekly timesheets
