The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals. This position works out of the Temecula, CA location in the Abbott Vascular Devices division. Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for the treatment of vascular disease.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma (± 12 years)
• Minimum 4 years experience

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors in Engineering degree is preferred
• SAP knowledge
• Supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Controls production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets and production schedules of the assigned production line(s).
• Ensures compliance of standards.
• Responsible for the management and supervision of the assigned production line(s).
• Lead a team comprising individual professional (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
