Requirements

  • Formal Education High School diploma or GED
  • Experience 6 months or less
  • Valid Driver License

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products and relevant Dealer software programs.
  • Fork Lift experience and certification.
  • Able to easily and effectively comprehend, speak and write in the English language.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain company standards in housekeeping and contamination control.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, coaching, mentoring and training warehouse employees. Including annual performance reviews.
  • Confers with Parts Manager and department heads to ensure warehouse activities are aligned with departmental / corporate goals and initiatives.
  • Monitor all warehouse operational procedures such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, weekly audit reporting and keeping parts/warehouse inventory current.
  • Monitor all activities associated with WMS. Including prioritizing order pulling, delivery times, individual employee pulling data and performance.
  • Responsible for employee schedules, attendance and punctuality.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
