Main Duties & Responsibilities Primary Job Role Maintain company standards in housekeeping and contamination control. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, coaching, mentoring and training warehouse employees. Including annual performance reviews. Confers with Parts Manager and department heads to ensure warehouse activities are aligned with departmental / corporate goals and initiatives. Monitor all warehouse operational procedures such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, weekly audit reporting and keeping parts/warehouse inventory current. Monitor all activities associated with WMS. Including prioritizing order pulling, delivery times, individual employee pulling data and performance. Responsible for employee schedules, attendance and punctuality. Performs other duties as assigned.
