About The Position

We are hiring Warehouse Specialists to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Training is provided for this entry-level position. This role involves cross-functional warehouse work, handling multiple operations such as manually moving, picking, and scanning materials in warehouses, loading docks, and storage facilities. Specialists will be responsible for selecting, preparing, and moving customer orders for shipment, utilizing electric pallet jacks and forklifts.

Requirements

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• Regularly lift up to 20 lbs and 40-50 lbs occasionally
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting pick per hour goals
• Be dependable and reliable to work Monday through Friday for the assigned shift
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Pick and Stage Orders using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Use Pallet Jack, Electric
• Use of Forklift
• Use of a wrapping machine
• Verify accuracy, verifying SKUs, checking for damages, and updating inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow SOPs and safety
