About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Site Manager specializing in Operations Logistics to oversee the daily operations of our high-volume distribution facility. The Warehouse Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, seamless shipping and receiving processes, effective leadership of the workforce, and adherence to operational standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of progressive warehouse management experience
Background in operations logistics, preferably in Amazon or third-party logistics (3PL) environments
Strong knowledge of inventory control, labor management, and logistics workflows
Demonstrated leadership skills with effective communication and analytical abilities
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
The hiring process will include background screening, E-Verify verification, and pre-employment drug testing (excluding THC).

Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
Develop and implement operational processes to enhance performance and reduce costs
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Lead, develop, and mentor warehouse leadership and staff
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with company objectives
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe working environment
Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and scalability
