About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to assist our warehouse management team-including the Shipping Manager, Receiving Manager, and Warehouse Manager-in all areas of warehouse operations. This role will support shipping, receiving, organization, and general warehouse tasks to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate workflow.
Requirements
- Experience with warehouse operations preferred
- Basic computer skills for data entry
- Material Handling Equipment certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support a team
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Responsibilities
- Pick, stage, and load orders for shipment
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments
- Track shipments and update records accurately
- Stock and organize materials safely
- Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer concerns
- Maintain clean and organized shipping and receiving areas
- Assist drivers with deliveries as needed
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and represent the company professionally
