About The Position

Inside the Role Daimler Truck North America (DTNA) is seeking an internal candidate for the role of Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Support II at the Las Vegas Parts Distribution Center (FL45). This position supports daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate material flow, documentation, and transaction processing in a fast-paced, multi-shift distribution environment. The role is primarily site-based and may also provide regional shipping and receiving support as needed. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations.
  • Experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP or warehouse management system experience.
  • Inventory control or cycle count experience.
  • Multi-shift warehouse experience.
  • Forklift or material-handling equipment experience, as applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Support inbound and outbound shipping and receiving activities.
  • Verify shipments for accuracy against documentation.
  • Prepare and process Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and system transactions.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, inventory control, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support dock-to-stock and order fulfillment activities.
  • Utilize DTNA systems (e.g., SAP, warehouse management systems) for accurate data entry.
  • Assist with inventory adjustments, cycle counts, and discrepancy documentation.
  • Provide regional shipping and receiving support as needed.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and standard work procedures.
