Requirements

Comfortable lifting and moving 50-60 lbs
Strong attention to detail and quality
Punctual, reliable, and motivated to work
Able to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
Willingness to be trained on forklift operation
Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently with a team
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Nice To Haves

Forklift or warehouse equipment experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Pick customer orders accurately from inventory based on order sheets and system instructions
Receive inbound shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips or purchase orders
Package customer orders to XOTIC PC's strict packaging and protection standards
Ship high-performance desktops, laptops, and accessories with care and precision
Unpack and inspect incoming products for damage or discrepancies
Stock and downstock warehouse inventory on shelving
Use ladders safely to place or retrieve product on high shelves
Break down boxes and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Use carts and transport equipment to move packages and components safely
Assist in palletizing larger shipments
Lift and carry items weighing up to 50–60 lbs
Receive forklift operation training (forklift experience is a plus!)
