Requirements
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics leadership experience - required
- Understanding of warehouse operations, safety regulations, and inventory management
- Proven problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
Nice To Haves
- Previous forklift experience - preferred
Responsibilities
- Own the shipping process from order receipt to delivery
- Address and resolve any shipping issues or discrepancies promptly
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and safety standards
- Organize and maintain all shipping records and documentation
