About The Position

This position is responsible for creating shipping documents for outbound shipments, maintaining data accuracy within the system, communicating customer order details to Warehouse Supervisors, updating transactions within computer system, and any other duties required to ship product to our customers or outside distribution centers.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and load plan customer orders
• Update pull and put away documents completed by the floor personnel in the computer system
• Create outbound shipping documents for customer and stock transfer orders
• Create export documents when needed
• Adjust inventory within system due to variances found through the pulling, put away, and cycle count functions
• Communicate with other departments with regards to orders and/or shipping information
• File shipping, put away , and corresponding documents for easy access when needed
• Communicate with trucking lines on receiving ETA on late loads
• Coordinate PTO with 2nd shift supervisor
• Cross-train in other office functions
