About The Position

As a Warehouse Shift Lead, you'll be a key part of our daily operations-providing hands-on leadership, guidance, and support to your team. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Shift Supervisor, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for team development and operational excellence.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years in a leadership role (preferably in a warehouse environment)
3+ years of warehouse experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using warehouse systems and equipment
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Willingness to work across shifts and weekends as needed
Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented
Able to lift up to 40 lbs
Comfortable standing, walking, and working in freezer/cooler environments
Ability to work in physically active, fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

Lead and support warehouse team members throughout the shift
Provide hands-on guidance and training to new and existing team members
Ensure all warehouse operations follow company policies and procedures
Manage driver check-in and check-out processes
Oversee sign-in/out of IT equipment (scanners, handhelds, etc.) and report technical issues
Conduct daily vehicle maintenance checks and complete documentation
Track and document returned merchandise for inventory accuracy
Communicate effectively with your team and shift supervisor
Monitor warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, loading, and shipping using ProCat Logistics systems
Jump in as needed-help where the team needs you most!
