Requirements
- High school diploma level qualification required.
- SAP supply chain experience, IMWM desired.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain CDL-A within 12 months.
- Must be able to become forklift certified.
- Must be comfortable with 12ft elevation.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee gathering of requests from internal customers (via email, phone, or in person) and enters orders into the SAP system for processing.
- Oversee and perform all required SAP transactions (receipts, put-away, cycle counts, warehouse daily monitor, etc.) in order to support the daily warehouse non-operational requirements and comply with National Grid inventory management policies and SOX audit control requirements.
- Lead performance hub discussions with the workforce to promote safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct or lead cause and corrective action (CCA) for warehouse transactions that lead to inventory integrity failures and ensure sustainability of program.
- Resolve delivery issues ( incorrect items, partial deliveries, late deliveries, etc.) and provide support to internal and external stakeholders to comply with established service level agreements (SLA's.).
- Resolve invoice issues (over shipments, incorrect items, partial delivers, incorrect invoices, etc.).
- Protect public and organizational personnel by ensuring all materials, standards and procedures are in line with National Grid safety policies and processes.
