Requirements

3 years of relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
To meet government and federal law program requirements which requires U.S. citizen status
Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience
3 years of managerial/supervisory experience
Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong problem-solving techniques

Responsibilities

Supervise the Inventory Control team assign jobs and train staff
Maintain inventory records and reconcile discrepancies
Action factory request related to inventory management through a client managed request portal
Support analytical data management through internal BI tool and provide the client with the necessary data along with corrective actions if required
Establish and maintain procedures to meet company and customer commitments
Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Train, motivate and lead others within area of responsibility
Adhere to the GXO 7S program
Facilitate conflict resolution and enforce company policies and procedures
Provide a safe and secure work environment through training and safety inspections
Assist with evaluating employee performance, providing written and verbal feedback
