What you’ll be doing – The Role As Route Driver/ Warehouse Floater, you will play a dynamic role by supporting warehouse operations, delivering water/coffee products to customers. This versatile position is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years
- Past driving experience preferred
- Repeatedly lift and carry coffee and bottled water products weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb in and out of delivery vehicle multiple times per day.
Responsibilities
- Load and accurately inventory product and equipment orders
- Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests to fill customer orders
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Provide great Communication Skills with employees
- Safely use warehouse equipment, including forklift, and performed basic repairs
- Counted inventory to determine supply needs
- Check dates on product and pull all expired products
- Serves as back up to Route Drivers.
- 5-gallon water bottle delivery
- Drive company-owned vans and trucks 30 to 100 miles daily to transport products to customers.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
