About The Position

Mid States Bolt & Screw is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Full-Time Route Driver to deliver fasteners and industrial supplies to established customers on a scheduled route. This role is responsible for timely deliveries, accurate order handling, and maintaining strong customer relationships while representing the company in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (chauffer's license is a plus)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and follow established routes

Nice To Haves

• Previous delivery or route driving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle to make scheduled deliveries and pickups
• Load, unload, and verify products for accuracy and completeness
• Deliver fasteners, bolts, screws, and related industrial supplies to customers
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each stop
• Maintain delivery records, invoices, and proof of delivery
• Communicate effectively with warehouse and office staff regarding orders and route changes
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and DOT regulations (if applicable)
