About The Position

Key Responsibilities Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) checks for all inbound Purchase Orders (POs) delivered to the warehouse, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . Confirm the quality and accuracy of inventory prior to fulfillment for all eCommerce and Wholesale orders. Identify and resolve inbound and return-related issues (e.g., POs not in WMS, SKUs not on POs, incorrectly labeled cartons). Report product damages to ensure only quality products are prepared for customer shipment. Review inbound returns to determine product condition—assessing whether items can be restocked or need to be classified as damaged. Address mis-labeled or mismatched product information , maintaining direct communication with the Inbound Returns team for timely resolution. Perform QA on all returns to confirm correct materials and processes are used before restocking items. Support and facilitate special projects initiated by Boxzooka , from planning to completion, collaborating with Client Success Manager teams as needed. Assist with ad hoc requests, including inventory checks, product photos, and other client-related inquiries. Work closely with Boxzooka Client Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure outstanding client satisfaction and operational excellence. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or quality assurance roles preferred. Strong attention to detail with a focus on product accuracy and quality standards. Ability to identify and troubleshoot discrepancies efficiently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and with clients. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer applications (Excel, email, reporting tools). Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and manage multiple priorities, that can have various temperatures Able to stand, walk, climb for the duration of an 8–10-hour shift

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or quality assurance roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on product accuracy and quality standards.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot discrepancies efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and with clients.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer applications (Excel, email, reporting tools).
