About The Position
We’re looking for a Warehouse Receiving Manager to take charge of our inbound operations. You’ll oversee the receiving team, ensure shipments are processed accurately, and keep our warehouse running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong, efficient teams.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience required; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish) PLUS but not required
- Previous Lead/ Manger experience strongly desired
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the receiving team to ensure timely, accurate processing of incoming goods
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies quickly
- Maintain and update inventory records in warehouse management systems
- Oversee proper handling, storage, and labeling of products
- Partner with other departments to streamline warehouse operations
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members for peak performance
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
