Schedule all inbound appointments and communicate to the warehouse staff daily. Have a sound understanding of the Operating System to create all necessary receiving paperwork. Review all receiving documents for accuracy and see that all accompanying HACCP documentation has been noted on the bill of lading. Collect, store and maintain lumping income. Review and file all storage paperwork. Facilitate communication with storage customers daily. This communication includes scheduling pick-ups, communicating when loads are completed. Maintain a separate storage receiving schedule outside of the operating system. Item and Customer Set-Up Professionally communicate late deliveries, overages and shortages to the purchasing staff. Develop a full understanding of the Storage program and complete the following functions: Billing Inventory Reports Manual Withdrawals

Requirements

  • High School diploma or state issued equivalency certificate.
  • Communicates well with team members and customers.
  • Highly Organized.
  • Positive Attitude.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Computer knowledge with ability to adapt to warehouse software program.
