About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment and a strong work ethic. Experience operating CNC machines is a plus. This role involves supporting production operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or production experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CNC machines preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse production duties including assembly, packaging, and material handling
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently (CNC experience is a plus)
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
