You will contribute by providing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment by acting as a custodian / janitor.

Ability to continually stand, bend, pull, lift, pivot up to 90% of shift
Ability to walk on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
Ability to frequently lift product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
Ability to frequently lift product ranging from floor to overhead
Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
Ability for safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
Willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

Responsibilities

Providing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment by acting as a custodian / janitor
Performing janitorial duties such as cleaning the entire warehouse, including office space, employee break areas, windows and restrooms
Maintaining good housekeeping by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing and waxing floors
Occasionally pulling product out of pick slots using an electric pallet jack to clean with a scrubber and returning product
Tending to spills including damaged product, oil, grease, etc.
Collecting plastic wrap, shredded paper, and empty boxes to be disposed of properly
Following all material handling equipment safe operating procedures
Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
