About The Position

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing consistent, on-time deliveries, personalized service, and proactive communication. Regularly visiting customer sites to understand their specific needs, offer product recommendations, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and trust in our service. Strong contributor in aftermarket sales growth. Deliver parts to customers promptly and accurately. Upsell additional parts and accessories to customers directly from the delivery van. Process invoices and manage transactions through our ERP system. Maintain inventory levels in the delivery van. Provide product information and assistance to customers. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain a clean and organized delivery van. Follow all safety and company policies and procedures. Receive stock orders inventory properly perform all whse procedures This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical degree or certification a plus)
  • Some parts counter/warehouse or inventory control experience.
  • Ability to work with several computer-based programs including Microsoft office.
  • Ability to learn and be proficient in using company’s business system program.
  • Use computers for web-based training.
  • Must be physically able to lift and work with no restrictions; ability to lift 50 pounds at times
  • Prior Experience in Forklift Operation
  • Ability to work as a team and independently while displaying a professional and confident relationship with the customer/vendors
  • At times, some overtime might be required
