Responsible for moving Flight Hour Service (FHS) through and out of the warehouse in a safe and clean manner, following Service Level Agreement (SLA), Technical Specification, priorities, instructions given by regional Warehouse Management . The warehouse operation is 24 x 7 x 365 days a year and will require shift work and periodic weekend work and on-call. This position is designated as crucial personnel (subject to mandatory attendance - incumbents in crucial positions are required to attend their normal place of work when the facility is closed). Receive, Inspect, Record keeping, Storage, Pick, Pack and Ship all FHS Non-HAZMAT and HAZMAT materials in compliance with IATA regulations and operational guidelines on a daily basis. Prepare shipping documents - Understanding and willingness to sign a dangerous good declaration on HAZMAT material. Detect, record and follow up on NON-Conformities Accurately input all FHS material information into FHS Systems (AMASIS) that are related to Receiving, Inspection, Put-away, Picking, Shipping and Scrapping Pick and process orders in the accurate priority sequence according to established performance targets; packing parts for safe shipment according to shipping instructions and applicable standard specifications (ATA300). Perform inventory cycle counts, Maintain Quality Management System certification, Participate in surveillance audits, and root cause analysis Participate in special projects. Advise supervisor of any process, inventory or system issues immediately. Adhere to all processes and procedures such as hazardous materials, safety, OSHA, etc. Other duties as assigned
