As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are shipped accurately and efficiently to customers around the world.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fork truck operation experience
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the chemical/lubricant industry preferred
- Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is a plus
Responsibilities
- Investigate inventory availability and prepare truckload shipments
- Organize product containers for final shipping, maintaining proper inventory rotation
- Generate shipping documentation in SAP, including batch numbers and quantities
- Record shipping transactions in SAP (PRO numbers, freight charges, carrier info)
- Secure and load box trailers to ensure safe delivery
- Communicate with Customer Service, Inventory Managers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
