About The Position

The Warehouse Operator II is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate order deliveries by operating various warehouse equipment to move and/or locate products appropriately. Key duties include receiving raw materials and supplies, processing material requisitions, slotting materials in storage locations, and staging raw materials in production areas. The role requires accurate entry of information, transactions, and adjustments into ERP systems. The operator will also move finished goods from the production floor to slot locations, pending quality assurance release for shipping, and perform cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy. General maintenance of material handling equipment, such as battery charging and exchange, and overall warehouse cleanup are also part of the responsibilities. The operator will utilize equipment like hand trucks, carts, dollies, forklifts, order-pickers, and walkies to transport items within the facility. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

  • Receive raw material and supplies.
  • Process material requisitions.
  • Slot material in storage locations.
  • Stage raw material in production locations and in the production room.
  • Ensure information, transactions, and adjustments are accurately entered into the ERP systems.
  • Move finished goods from production floor to slot location until QA completes quality testing and releases products for shipping.
  • Perform cycle count to confirm accuracy of the raw materials and finished goods.
  • Ability to performance general maintenance related to material handling equipment such as battery charging, battery exchange, battery maintenance (water, checklist, etc.) and general warehouse cleanup.
  • Operate hand truck, cart, dollies, forklift, order-picker, and walkie to transport stored items from line to appropriate location within the facility.
