About The Position

Join our dynamic Warehouse/Hardware team at our regional headquarters in Atlanta as a Warehouse Technician. Embark on an exciting journey within the rapidly expanding US sports technology market, collaborating with major leagues like the NFL, NHL, MLB, and NBA. As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be instrumental in supporting the Warehouse Technicians and Sport Implementation teams.   • Must demonstrate a diligent & organized approach to resolving technical issues and supplying clear solutions

  • Must be competent in the use of all tooling and take responsibility for the H&S of themselves and those around them
  • Flexibility to work outside of office hours

Responsibilities

  • Cleanliness and Function: Help check out workstations
  • Ensure stations are clean and functional
  • Maintain a functioning and clean work area for daily use
  • Warehouse Goods In: When a delivery comes in, ensure it is updated in ClickUp and posted to the relevant Slack channel and / or stored in an appropriate location at the warehouse - and inventoried if necessary
  • Maintain a system of inventory by consistently updating Critical Items Inventory Sheet
  • Update the WMS when items are taken/brought back
  • Add notes to equipment in inventory system
  • Provide Inventory information to Hardware Team based on current stock levels
  • Consistently audit critical items inventory for accuracy
  • Collate information within the WMS and make sure that it stays up to date.
  • Quarterly cycle counts.
  • Assisting sports and implementation teams in accessing their hardware.
  • Follow processes to track “rental” hardware (DSLRs, Spares Kits, Calibration Kits, PPE)
  • Maintain the quality and cleanliness of rental kits and ensure that the proper practices are followed
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained to fulfill installation and maintenance needs and report to Hardware Lead if procurement is needed
  • Perform any reasonable requests made by your line manager on an ad hoc basis
