About The Position

The Warehouse Operations Team Leader is responsible for guiding the daily activities of the warehouse team while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role oversees personnel, inventory processes, workflow coordination, and administrative functions to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant operations. The Team Leader plays a critical role in developing team capabilities, strengthening departmental processes, and supporting long‑term operational excellence. This position is located in our corporate office located in Mason, OH.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse best practices, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to coach, train, and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Associate degree in warehouse/logistics management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including supervisory or team leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Apply in‑depth knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and logistics processes to interpret procedures, resolve non‑standard issues, and recommend enhancements that improve departmental performance.
  • Provide daily coaching, constructive feedback, and clear work direction to team members to reinforce standard work, close performance gaps, and support ongoing skill development.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate weekly work schedules aligned with workload demands and staffing requirements.
  • Lead assigned warehouse areas to achieve accuracy, productivity, safety, and service-level targets, escalating systemic challenges and partnering with leadership to address root causes.
  • Actively participate in the safety committee and champion a proactive, safety‑first culture across the department.
  • Support the RGA process by ensuring accurate part identification, documentation, and timely processing.
  • Assist with RPC part identification and photographic documentation to maintain data accuracy and traceability.
  • Coordinate expedited international imports and ensure timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor SAP reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Oversee daily workflow, resolving operational conflicts, staffing gaps, and exceptions requiring sound judgment and cross‑functional coordination.
  • Manage outsourced services related to logistics equipment maintenance and shipping supplies to ensure operational readiness.
  • Perform and support warehouse system transactions, documentation, and record‑keeping to maintain process integrity and compliance.
