About The Position

Develop and maintain warehouse SOPs to standardize daily operations.
Define KPIs and performance metrics to support operational improvements.
Assist with setup, launch, and stabilization of new warehouse sites.
Improve workflow efficiency by designing and implementing optimized processes.
Lead and support training programs for warehouse and operations staff.
Monitor operational performance and execute initiatives for cost control and revenue improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• 1–3+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or B2B/B2C operations (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. and Canada
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with logistics systems, especially WMS, is a plus
