About The Position

This role involves administering and operating the organization's warehouses, which includes processing, destruction, and storage of all physical assets. The specialist is responsible for accounting for all assets within the stores facilities and auditing goods received into the warehouse. Key duties also include overseeing the receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of assets, along with related reporting, all in accordance with established procedures. The position requires preparing and coordinating schedules for shipping and receiving materials to manage the flow of goods and optimize warehouse space. Furthermore, the specialist ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and the maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and operate the organization's warehouses, including processing, destruction, and storage of all physical assets.
• Account for all assets in the stores facilities.
• Audit goods received into warehouse.
• Oversee receipt, storage, moves and shipment of assets, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
• Ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
