Warehouse Operations Manager

As a Warehouse Manager , you’ll play a critical role in leading Warehouse Supervisors and frontline employees to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations . You won’t just manage people — you’ll motivate, coach, and connect them to the bigger picture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3–5 years of experience supervising operations and managing leaders
- Proven skills in team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in warehouse or distribution environments
- Commitment to safety and creating a positive work environment
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Knowledge of WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) or other warehouse management systems
- Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces
Responsibilities
- Set and communicate clear expectations — and empower your team to meet them
- Lead with energy and create a positive, inclusive culture
- Train, support, and hold Warehouse Supervisors accountable for shift performance
- Walk the floor, lead by example, and be a visible, approachable leader
- Champion safety, participate in ESG activities, and host site-wide events
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Inventory teams
- Execute action plans to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
- Monitor and review team and shift performance regularly
- Support process improvements, audits, cost reduction, and workforce planning
- Ensure systems, processes, and equipment keep your team productive and safe
- Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
