About The Position

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of warehouse operations. This position is responsible for coordinating daily activities, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to meet operational goals.

Requirements

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
• Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
• Assign dock doors to carriers and ensure efficient traffic flow in the loading/unloading areas
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff to minimize wait times.
• Document inbound/outbound shipments by capturing information and verifying shipment conditions upon arrival and departure.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify process improvements and support implementation of best practices.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors.
• Other duties as assigned
