About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Merchandise Manager to lead product organization, inventory flow, merchandising standards, and warehouse efficiency. This role is responsible for optimizing storage and replenishment processes, and ensuring accurate, timely fulfillment to support operational success.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, merchandising, or inventory management.
1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of warehouse processes, product handling, and inventory systems.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse merchandising activities, including product receiving, stocking, labeling, and inventory rotation.
Champion new focus product launches ensuring correct handling, placement and pricing.
Ensure all products are organized according to company planograms, category standards, and safety protocols.
Maintain high standards of product presentation, cleanliness, and orderliness within all warehouse zones.
